Coaching the Career Continuum: Executive – Career Development
Career Change – Retirement Alternatives – Job Search Strategy
Really, Who am I?
I retired young, at 49, blowing away my earlier life goal of retiring at 55. I have been "protired" for over 7 productive years, yet faced many of the same concerns and questions that others faced.
I know most career minded people go through cycles of growth and reassessment. I experienced this in my own intense, diverse, high growth career. My own experience required that I be results oriented, accountable, greatly empathetic and a clear thinker.
I have a passion for the issues facing the baby boomers and I see the coming decade as a time for great social change around retirement, career reassessment, aging and mature year's careers.

Testimonials
CK: “I have had a wonderful experience with Dorothy as my “guide” through some of the most challenging and life-altering moments during this past year of transition. I am so deeply grateful that I have found such an incredibly gifted woman to be my life coach….I am transitioning through my various life changing events in a successful manner that I know would not be possible without Dorothy’s expertise”
JL: “I thought Dorothy was spot on with her understanding and summarization of what I was talking about. She kept me focused on what was important and didn’t allow me to get lost on what I was working on. I thought I made real progress and I’m excited to have a great tool like coaching to help me to find a lifestyle change. “
SM: “Dorothy's wisdom and knowledge have helped to guide me to make needed changes in my life. I have appreciated the way she is a patient listener ..to give good counsel without judgment. She has had great insight to help me reach my goals and dreams but mostly to smooth the path of transition that I’ve been on lately. It has helped to have a coach to be accountable to through these changes. I have been very pleased with the exercises and assignments she has given to help me discover new dimensions of myself. The life skills tools she has given I will be able to use for the rest of my days! Dorothy is a valuable partner for a Brain Makeover.”
